If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. With returns you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase, and you will need to cover your own shipping costs, and if wanting to swap, you will need to cover shipping costs both ways. Customers who bought a discounted item greater than 25% will not be eligible for a return, or swap as they are final stock clearing prices. You need to notify us why you would like a return/refund, please do not send back an item without notifying us before hand. If you order something that is in stock and pre order, the whole package will be sent out once all items are together in the same order unless you contact us and would like us to send out the package first with in stock items and a second package with pre order items once they arrive ( at your own expense).
If you would like a refund on full priced orders you will be refunded in STORE CREDIT. There is NO refunds for international orders. If someone who purchases outside of Australia would like an exchange they are to cover shipping costs both ways. We have no responsibility once the item is sent, the item is in the postal companies control and we are not to be held accountable for any lost or damaged items during postage. All customs and duty fees are the buyers responsibility to know and a refund for this is not accepted. The duty fees are to be paid by the receiver from their designated county and if they decide to refuse the package we are not accountable for a refund. If you send the items back without notifying us and would like the items back you are to cover all shipment costs again. Please note there will be NO refunds and NO returns or swaps for any swim wear due to hygiene reasons. We cannot guarantee exchanges on full price items due to high demand we cannot guarantee your item will be in stock when we receive your return. If you item has been received faulty please notify us ASAP for a refund, item must be unworn in same condition as received and MUST have tags on. Due to unavailable stock, we may have to cancel or refund part or full orders. We cannot guarantee address changes even if confirmed due to it not being guaranteed by the shipping company to be changed. By purchasing you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Once the item has been shipped out, the parcel is no longer in our hands and you are to contact the shipment company (based off your tracking number) to find any updates or lost parcels.
