30‑day window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Swimwear bottoms and one‑pieces must include the original hygiene liner and must be tried on over underwear. If the liner is removed or damaged, the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
Change of mind or wrong size/colour

You cover shipping to us and the reshipment back to you.

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

You may use your own tracked carrier, or ask us for a prepaid label and we will deduct or charge the label cost.
Exchanges

Size or colour of the same style, subject to stock.

For faster turnaround, you can place a new order and we will refund the original once the return passes inspection.
Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or we shipped the wrong item, we will repair, replace or refund as required by the Australian Consumer Law, and we will cover reasonable return shipping.
How to start
Email customer@waevsport.com with your order number, item and whether you want a refund or exchange. We will send instructions and, if requested, a prepaid label quote.
Exclusions
Final sale items, gift cards and items marked non‑returnable are not eligible unless faulty.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect returns within 2 to 3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank and payment provider timelines vary. If you used our label for a change‑of‑mind return, we will deduct the label cost from your refund.
International returns
Mark the parcel as "Return of goods" to avoid additional duties. Any customs fees for change‑of‑mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping note
Free shipping is available only for Australia and the United Kingdom when thresholds are advertised on‑site at the time of purchase. Free shipping does not apply to returns. For questions: customer@waevsport.com.
