Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Waev pieces. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

✅ Return Eligibility

• You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in brand new condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging

❌ Exclusions

• Swimwear is not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene regulations.

• Items marked Final Sale, or discounted 25% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.

📦 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If there’s an error on our end, we’ll cover the shipping and resolve the issue ASAP.

💳 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 5–10 business days for your refund to process.
